RETURNS

Tough Hook is exclusively distributed by Westbrands Pty Ltd.

We are happy to exchange goods if the wrong item or colour was selected. Any and all return requests must be made within 14 days upon receipt of shipment.

All returned items must be in as-new, unused and original condition. They must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and in a re-sellable brand-new condition. Any marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you, and no exchange will be given. All returns are subject to assessment. 

If returning an item, you will need to contact Customer Service by emailing sales@westbrands.com.au in advance.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Westbrands Pty Ltd and will only be given for pre-approved requests by emailing Customer Service on sales@westbrands.com.au (returns incur non refundable credit card fee).

No refund will be applied to shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We will not provide a refund if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the same item at lower price elsewhere after the purchase is complete.

All returns due to error by Westbrands Pty Ltd will have any and all fees waived.
